Where are the CK Workspace locations in Munich?
CK Workspace operates two locations in northern and northwestern Munich: Franz-Lehner-Straße 3 in 85716 Munich-Unterschleißheim and Gröbenzeller Straße 40 (2nd floor) in 80997 Munich-Moosach. Unterschleißheim is the larger location, featuring private offices, five seminar rooms, and a 200-square-meter rooftop terrace. Moosach offers 16 open-space workstations and a conference room that seats up to ten people—located right next to the Moosach subway station.
What is the difference between the Unterschleißheim and Moosach locations?
Unterschleißheim is a full-service location featuring private offices for two to six people, an open-concept workspace, five seminar rooms for up to 20 people, an event space for up to 50 guests, an IKIGAI meditation room, a community kitchen with a snack bar, and a 200-square-meter rooftop terrace. Moosach is the compact city location with 16 height-adjustable workstations in two rooms, a conference room for up to ten people, a phone booth, and a community kitchen. The transportation options also differ: Moosach is located right next to the Moosach station and is the right choice if you’re coming from the city via public transportation. Unterschleißheim is ideal for those traveling by car—it’s 10 minutes from the A92, A99, and A9 highways and 20 minutes from Munich Airport—and is the only location to offer team offices, seminar rooms, and event space.
Can I just drop by CK Workspace, or do I need an appointment?
You can stop by our Unterschleißheim location anytime during our office hours—Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.—without an appointment. We still recommend letting us know you’re coming—that way, we can set aside time for a tour and you can explore the space at your own pace. For our Moosach location, please schedule an appointment in advance. However, you can book a workspace online there at any time. Access will be granted to you digitally.

What are your opening hours and what does 24/7 access mean?
Our team is on-site in Unterschleißheim Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you have a private office or a monthly pass, you can access the space 24 hours a day, seven days a week—using an automatic lock system and a personal access chip. With a day pass, you can use the space Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
What equipment is available in the coworking space?
Both locations offer fiber-optic Wi-Fi, height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, printers, bookable meeting rooms, phone booths, and a community kitchen with free coffee and tea. In Unterschleißheim, you’ll also find the IKIGAI meditation room with yoga mats, the “Meet’n Greet” chill-out area, a snack bar with a Smart Fridge, and a 200-square-meter rooftop terrace. Operating and utility costs are included in all plans.
How fast is the Internet at CK Workspace?
Can I take my dog with me?
Yes, well-trained dogs are welcome at CK Workspace—at both locations. In Unterschleißheim, the small forest next door is perfect for walking your dog. Please let us know in advance so we can be considerate of other members with allergies.
Can I bring my child to the office?
Yes, in an emergency, you can bring your child along—we know that childcare isn’t always something you can plan for. There’s a playpen available in Unterschleißheim. However, the space isn’t designed for long-term childcare.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food and store and prepare it in the Community Kitchen. There is a refrigerator and a microwave on every floor. There is a snack bar in Unterschleißheim. Coffee and tea are free for all customers.
Do you have parking spaces available?
Free parking is available in front of the building. There is also an e-charging station in Unterschleißheim (for a fee and subject to availability).

How do I get to the Unterschleißheim location?
The location at Franz-Lehner-Straße 3 in 85716 Unterschleißheim is one of the best-connected office locations in northern Munich. By car, you can reach one of three highways—the A92, A99, or A9 (about 2 km)—in 10 minutes, and Munich Airport (20 km) in 20 minutes. By public transportation, it’s a 5-minute ride to the Unterschleißheim train station (2.3 km), which is on the S-Bahn line S1 and takes you directly to downtown Munich and the airport. The Kreuzstraße bus stop, served by line 219, is just 500 meters away. Munich’s city center is 15 km away. Free parking spaces, including an electric charging station, are available right in front of the building. For events and seminars, delivery is possible directly to the building.

From the Unterschleißheim location, you can reach Munich Airport by car in 20 minutes. This makes the Space particularly well-suited for international teams, project offices, and seminars with participants traveling from out of town: arrive in the morning, hold a workshop on-site, and catch a return flight in the evening—without having to drive through downtown Munich. The location is also easily accessible from the entire Munich metropolitan area via the A92, A99, and A9 highways.

What is generally included in the rent?
Your office is equipped with our high-quality and functional furniture as standard. This includes height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs with armrests, wastepaper baskets and office shelving. You also benefit from numerous first-class services:
A professional reception team, reliable mail processing, high-speed WiFi, use of printers in accordance with the fair use policy, provision of equipment, regular cleaning and maintenance. You also have access to the business address, a shared kitchen and 24/7 access. Our all-inclusive price also includes unlimited and free access to our network.

What is the cancellation policy?
For CoWorking day passes and meetings, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
We have different cancellation conditions for events.
Up to the 14th (28th)* calendar day before the agreed start of the event, the customer shall pay no remuneration; - up to the 7th (14th)* calendar day before the agreed start of the event, the customer shall pay 50% of the agreed remuneration; - up to the 3rd (7th)* calendar day before the agreed start of the event, the customer shall pay 70% of the agreed remuneration. - If the event is canceled later, the entire remuneration shall be charged.
For events with an agreed remuneration of less than EUR 5,000.00 plus VAT. For events with an agreed remuneration of more than EUR 5,000.00 plus VAT, the deadlines stated in brackets shall apply.
