The Unterschleißheim site has been part of the Group for many years. The building was extended in 2022. The three top floors are now home to the CK Workspace - with an unusual and modern ambience and sustainable construction.
Our on-site team pampers our tenants almost around the clock. And if we're not there, that's no problem either. Thanks to modern access technology, you can use the CK Workspace 24/7.
You can park in front of the house, charge your electric car or take your dog for a walk in the adjacent woods. Yes, you can bring your dog with you as long as it doesn't bother other tenants.
In Unterschleißheim you will find everything under one roof: offices for 2-6 people, an open space with a terrace and five completely different seminar rooms that offer the perfect setting for every occasion.
Our highlight is the 200 square meter roof terrace with a covered area. Here you can relax, hold outdoor meetings or hire the terrace for an event.
Speaking of relaxation. This is extremely important when you have to deliver a high level of performance. That's why we value our Community Kitchen, where you can not only exchange ideas with other tenants, but also eat well. Our fridge offers many different dishes to keep you warm. Coffee and tea are of course included, and if your stomach starts to rumble, you can help yourself at the snack bar.
For a short power break, our IKIGAI room with meditation area and yoga mat is available to all tenants free of charge.
Our "Meet'n Greet" chill-out area in the entrance area is particularly cozy. Here you can also receive guests or retreat to read a book or check your emails in a relaxing hanging chair.
Community is important to us. That's why we hold regular events for our tenants in Unterschleißheim. Just come along to the community breakfast or the after-work get-together to get to know other tenants. In summer, we also fire up the barbecue on the roof terrace.
